Things to keep in mind when counting your areas:
A living room/dining room combo are 2 areas.
A “sitting room” counts as and area.
Areas that are larger than 15′ x 15′ count as TWO areas.
Basements are a little tricky. We usually count the number of “areas” above.
Closets are INCLUDED in rooms already being cleaned, UNLESS it’s big enough to park a car in
Hallways that are SHORTER than 15′ are included.
